Lol, i have the opposite problem as you. Me and my friend would like to make Laguna and Kiros cosplays for a con. But we have no Ward.

I know, but I have always loved all three of them. Laguna, Kiros and Ward ^.^ They are quite a team. Sadly no one really cosplays them :(
