Hello! Beautiful pictures. I very like your magazine. Is it possible to become your other??? I sent a query. (smiles) you call similarly and to me. I will wait.
I don't know how to call E.V.A. in english, so i'll show you some pics. It's sdomething like rubber..oh well, with the pics it's quite easy to understand =)
You can use heat to make it more...hu...moldable, and mold it using you own shoulder =) When it's already cold, it should keep that shape, then you use lots of glue to make it more resistant and seal it, so you can paint =)
Thanks a lot! =) I have so many costumes i wanna do! T_T But i don't have enough time and money, hahahahah...it will take a lot of time to finish ewverything! But it's so great...cosplay is really a hobby that addicts...XP
Thanks! =D Well, i think this costume will be finished at December, i'll prooly debut it in January. I really wanna make it! But first i gotta finish my Hayato costume, from Ouendan(do you know the game? =)
And i know ewhat you mean. I think any kind of work is so much easier with people to help. I tend to get distracted a lot, too =P
And i haven't played Fire Emblem, but i googled up a image of him and i think paper mache would work pretty well. BUT...i think there is a faster way. You could just use E.V.A(i don't know if that's the right word in english, hope you know what it is ^_^") and mold it with heat to make it take the shape of the shoulder armor. After this, use LOTS of glue and it should stay in that shape. When you paint it, it'll look very good! =) (and will be easier to make and wear)
Ah i'm in the same situation! I don't really know how to sew all by myself(i'll learn it, though), so i need help rright now...but working with other people is ALWAYS so much better... =)
i wanna make more costumes, but my college is taking all my time right now...
Oh well, i got find a way out of it. It's quite hard to buy things online(i just wanna buy wigs from ebay, it's cheaper to pay tax and all than actually buying a good one here), but we always do it someway...=) With the tips, i think i can do something! =)
And i really love Lei-Lei! She is one of my favorite characters from Darkstalkers! Darkstalkers is my favorite fighting game, together with Guilty Gear, so i really WANT to make this...i hope to do it right...=) Right now i'm working with the claws!
I'll be painting myself to make a Lei-Lei/Hsien-ko costume, from Darkstalkers! =)
And about the site, thanks a lot! I don't think i'll be able to buy it, since i'm from Brazil and it'll raise the prices and all, but that site has a lot of tips, it may help a lot! =)
Wow! It's very impressive! i can think how hard it was, but i didn`t expected the paint to crack down! It looks so...good in theese pics! o.o Anway, it's a great job! =)
Soon i'll have to paint my body too, can you give any tips? ^_^"
Dawn is everything!!! I really like her!! ^_^Lucas is cool too(lol Ocelot), but i like Blue more! Anyway, i hope you can make that outfit =) And i wanna make a Wobbuffet costume someday...XD
