Ending sentences with conjunctions. like the words "so" or "but."
for example:
"we're going to head over to the masquerade, so..."
or
"i would like to help you out, but..."
Its like their way of saying "you should know what the rest entails... it wouldn't be logical to spend another 4 seconds and elaborate, no no no."

....Kind of a quirk i guess.. _
