Last year Karen and Erik invited us to something called ICE! Apparently the Gaylord Palms flies in dozens of Chinese ice sculptors, then cover a 1/4 of their giant parking lot in 9º F weather via tarps and uber air conditioners. Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas. Eat plenty of yummy treats! (I just got done making almond bark and I have the 'dough' for chocolate mice hardening in the fridge.)I hope I don't go too overboard on the treats.
