Ten years later....

i've been thinking... My last cosplay was almost four years ago. I mean i have new costumes, but i don't want wear it in a CON.
i don't know about CON in others countries, but here, the last years, the CONs sucks. The people is so weird!!
I think, my friends and I  (Otakus all of them) still look like a normal persons.

Why the new otakus are so freak!?

I think I can kind of get what you're saying. It seems like when i
think of average con goers, I think of the hyper-active girls who run
through crowds squealing the name of a character they adore. (Totally
annoying!) I also notice each con around here seems to pull in a
different audience, so if I don't like the crowd at one con, I can go
to a different one.
