CUSTOM INQUIRIES :
For ordering a costume, please send me an email (skabeam@gmail.com) with the following information:
1. Tell me in detail what you are looking for.
I
take orders from anime, manga, video game and movie character cosplays;
replica costumes and original designs. Be as specific as possible. The
more info I have up front, the more I can make the item accurate to
your expectations. Please include color specifications or any other
specifications you might be looking for.
I can also design an original costume for you. To help you get started, answer the following questions:
A. What type of creature would you like to base it off of? (fairy, elf, cat, mermaid, etc.)
B. What kind of look do you want to accomplish? (elegant, gothic, punk, sexy, etc.)
C. What colors would you like to use? (monochromatic, fall color seam, complementary colors, etc.)
D. Do you have any pictures or artwork that you would like to take elements from?
2. I will need a number of your body measurements. Please utilize our size chart to measure yourself.
Size Chart
1. Bust - measure all the way around the circumference of the widest part of your chest
2.
Waist - measure all the way around the smallest part of your waist,
making sure you can slip one finger between the tape and your body
3. Hips - measure all the way around the widest part of your hips
4. Arm length - measure from the tip of your shoulder/shoulder seam to the end of your wrist
5. Leg length - measure from your waist to floor
Additional helpful measurements for me to know:
waist to crotch - measure from your waist down to crotch
shoulder to waist - from the base of your neck/top of shoulder down to the smallest part of your waist
arm width - measure around the largest part of your upper arm
leg width - measure around the largest part of your thigh
General height
shoe size
3. Please be aware of my turnaround time for custom and made-to-order items.
3 - 4 weeks for accessories (such as elf ears)
6 - 8 weeks for a complete costume.
I begin working on a project upon receipt of payment.

Give us an arrival deadline for your order. I can advise you to set the
arrival date to at least 1 week before the event in which you will be
needing the item (3 days at the very least). This is to guarantee that
it arrives on time.
5. After receiving the information above I
will quote a price for the inquiry you have made. I quote all costumes
with strong regard to upholding a standard of supreme quality at all
times.
6. Payment Information
I prefer PayPal. It is easy and fast. I can highly recommend it. For money order, only in the Netherlands.
7. Shipping Information
I
ship worldwide. I ship with the standard procedure. You can choose for
insurance (will cost more), which I can recommend with an order of 150
Euro/ Dollar or higher.
8. I do NOT accept refunds or returns.
Because
of the personal and intensely customized nature of the products that I
offer, I do not accept returns or exchanges. I want to assure you that
our quality is guaranteed. If for any reason you are unhappy with the
item you receive, please let us know and I will try to fix the problem
for you.
