WARNING: Since I really can't decide who should go in my "Top Friends" category, here's what I'm going to do: ROTATE NAMES! There will be a regular rotation on my top friends list. Names will be added and removed at random.
How often they will be switched, I don't know. There's not a whole lot of rhyme or reason to how this is going to work, but it's something that I'm going to do.
So there. Now you know. I don't want anyone getting all emo on me because they're not on the list, or they got taken off or whatever. It's no reflection of my opinion of you (unless you've done something horrible, in which case you will already know what's going on.) It's just going to be extremely random.
