Crossplayers Unite

Well, I guess I'll start off.

I'm girl and I've crossplayed all my cosplaying years.  I have yet to cosplay as a girl. ^_^'  Funny I think.

 

So, who was your favorite crossplay and why?

Mine was Sasuke Uchiha because getting bowed down to and having all that power of the fangirls in the palm of your hand ROCKS!  Oh and being called God by a guy was just too awesome!

Well I've yet to actually crossplay. I've done various amounts of crossdressing over the years, but it's only been more recently that I've begun to develop a real fashion sense of my own. I plan on taking it outside of the cons and to my college classes next semester ^^;

I only have one "real" crossplay (Cait Sith and Penpen don't really count...): Mello of Death Note. =^.^=;; But he was just a BLAST to cosplay! I got to be freaky. :D

One of my favorite crossplays is Youko Kurama since it was the first and only time I was mistaken for male.  I'm really short, it's obvious I'm female.

All my cosplays are crossplay so far. I dont think I really have a favorite yet... though once my Lucifer cosplay is done that'll probably be my fav ^ ^

all my cosplays have been crossplays too. its not that i dont want to cosplay as a female character, its just that i cosplay my favorite characters and they all happen to be guys ^^. anyways, if i had to name a favorite crossplay, its definately my Renji cosplay - i love carrying my Zabimaru around (and tattoo eyebrows are fun XD).

Grettings! first post here!

I would say that Zidane is my favorite so far because I love the character, it's easy to move around it, and I could add my own creative touches by doing an Amano-ish version of him.

I'm in the same boat. If I see a design I like it's almost always a male character. I find 70% of anime/game females annoying while the character designs leave you feeling either naked or just too damn frilly.

I'm transgender but I've cosplayed both female and male characters so, either way, I land in the crossplay boat.

 

I dig crossplay because gender is lame. Be who you want to be.

The majority of my cosplays have been crossplays too! It's just so much more comfortable to dress up as a guy to me. e.e; That, and I have issues with women in anime and games. Cosplaying Tifa nearly killed me...

 

My favourite crossplay was actually Zidane! It was a very comfortable costume, and  he's an amazing character, so I felt happy to be playing him tribute. It was also the only costume I haven't had to wear a wig for! XD; That contributed much to the comfort factor.

 

I'm looking forward to my upcoming Roxas costume, because it's so simple... He's my favorite game character currently. It's gonna be fun. :3
