ECC is and group of friends who reside in the Atlanta / general Georgia area. *And some from Alabama and other states as well !*
We aren't a membership group with a president and vice and second in comand blah blah blah. Look, we all like to cosplay right? Who needs a ranking system or membership list? You don't have to do anything unless you want to. We organize photoshoots and meetups and everyone is welcome!! There are NO rules and NO requirements ... at all!! So lets have fun together, trust me ... we know how to have fun! ^.~
