Human Sushi Cosplay is comprised of three best friends: Abby, Sara & J'aimie. We have known each other since the first (and second) grade, and have been cosplaying together since high school.

Abby does lots of sewing: gathering, ruffles, button holes, etc.; drafts, alters, and cuts patterns; and generally knows what she's doing around a sewing machine without becoming dramatic. (Like J'aimie.) She is also really, really (intensely) organized and does all the planning and booking. She is a residential counselor for Wediko Children's Services.

Sara is the resident artist, and her responsibilities include wig design, prop making, and any/all painting that needs to be done. She is also mistress of recording and mixing all of our skits. Currently, she is sculpting toys for Hasbro.

J'aimie picks out coordinating fabric, assists in stitching, creates poses and tableaux (Yay theater school!!), maintains any and all binders & photographs, and generally writes large chunks of our scripts. J'aimie is the youngest of the trio and is currently a senior at Emerson College, interning with Studio Kaiju. She'd like to dedicate this paragraph to her cats.

Really ridiculously good cosplay, (seriously, Rose of Versailles and Takarazuka are pretty much sure to win a soft spot in our hearts), amazing photographers, free food/gifts for being awesome, making fangirls and boys weep, hearing people laugh at our skits, (we like ego stroking), and a really good sale at Joann's.
