I've perfected the system by which I'm making these wigs now (I recently did this Black Lady wig for Tenjou... doesn't she look ADORABLE?! =D).
So, here's your options:
Usagi wig (round buns)
In either platinum blonde (613, bleach-blonde), honey blonde (22, a little darker, dusky, but still natural), or cartoon yellow (ridiculous bright yellow XD).
Black Lady/Grownup Chibiusa wig (long buns)
In either cotton candy pink or hot pink.
Any of these wigs are $200, with priority shipping and insurance included. I need about two months lead time, so check your calendar!
