Just got back from Yaoicon yesterday and I had some fun. I wanted to bring my DDR pad/box cosplay over but the problem was it was too big for me to carry to my friend's car so I had no choice and bring my Brain Age 2 cosplay. Cosspace isn't Myspace. I'm sick of seeing these posers running around cosspace thinking that it is Myspace. It isn't. If you aren't a cosplay; you shouldn't be here. I mean seriously; LOOK AT THE WEBSITE BANNER! "Cosplayers Worldwide". Not "Anime Lovers Worldwide". Oh and this stupid notion that putting up anime pictures makes it alright, It doesn't. Yaoicon was... suprisingly NOT yaoi.People were really nice/mature.Phoography locations were pretty awesome, and cosplayers defintely put 100% into their costumes and were very cooperative with us photographers.I saw no harassment of any kind, despite what rumors say.The weather and hotel was beautiful calming.To me, Yaoicon is what an ideal con should be.Good location, good cosplayers, chill atmosphere.Not that I'm buying a badge next year =) Pictures can be seen on winterwish.net as usua...
