Not a whole lot to share... I spent all of last night looking for fabric to replace the maroon fabric I've been fighting with. Hobby Lobby, Hancock, JoAnns and even Walmart didn't have a single decent blue fabric that would make a lovely Steampunk jacket. I couldn't believe it. I spent almost all weekend preparing my fabric for step one of making my jacket for my steampunk costume. If I wasn't so determined to use this fabric after all the hard work, I would switch it out with something else. I've learned my lesson... thin, stretchy fabric is a pain to stitch to other fabric to make it sturdy enough to be used for a jacket. Not a whole lot to share on the cosplay front right now. My poll is pointing to Iria and Murder Princess as being top picks... I'm heavily considering doing both and just set aside remaking Saber's armor until I'm better at armor crafting. The good thing about Alita/Murder Princess is I can use her waist cincher with Steampunk, as well.
