I don't know how many blogs I've posted this in...I've only got a dozen like everyone else...
Kumoricon is for certain, absolute, for damn sure, 100% GO! Chris and I will be staying at CC and Adam's house to save money. Woo-hoo!
But the big question still remains...What to dress Chris up as!
Well, we have his W.O.W. character. We both figure it counts because TokyoPop was awesome enough to have a manga in W.O.W.'s honor. And Chris doesn't know too many animes.
I will be in a kick ass Dragon Quest 8 group as Jessica...but it is too late and wat too expensive to get Chris a costume for that...Dolmangus or whathisname...Angelo's jerk-dorf brother...MArcello! That's it.
I love how I insist typing out my thought process. You, gentle reader, are just along for the ride. XD
OH OH OH! If he goes as his W.O.W. character, he could hang with the Dragon Quest group and be one fo the baddies we fight! Hooray for improv crossover!
I'm not lame...I'm creative.
There's always Bleach. i say this alot because of how wonderfully versitile the Bleach costumes are. But again, we need a costume for a broad shouldered, 6' 5" guy...and there's no money to be had.
My brother Osiris N and I are going as Reno and Rude one night/day/afternoon/whatever...how can I incorperate Chris into the mix without using too much $Do-re-mi$ and ZERO skills? We could borrow a whellchair, wrap him up ina white sheet, and call him "Mr. Shinra, SIR!" all day.
I want him to have fun. He's totally up for going and experiencing a convention. He's VERY into the idea of cosplaying...so of course I want his experience to be AWESOME. I want him to want to go again!

Hehehehehehehe! One of these days...we want to do The Monarch and Dr Girlfriend so darn badly! Hey, and either of us can pass as the other...that would be a switch! Anyhoo, Chris came up with a really funny idea...for us to go as Rusty and "Charlene" from the Venture Bros episode where Dr. Girlfriend turned Dr. Venture into a caterpillar. HA HA HA! He confessed he just wants us to do that so he could see me in my prom dress again. But then I told him he's the one who has to wear the tight, striped pants.
LOVE!
Cosplay love, that is. But I've packed away all my cosplay pieces and wigs for the BIG MOVE this upcoming weekend. After that, I can pull everything back out and look over at what I've got.
I know the first item of cosplay business is to get the Ranma wig back in action. I undid the braid...and now it looks likt shyte. *sad face* So I wanna have that fixed soon after the move.
Next con is Kumoricon. and Ritsuko and PLude are kind enough to make me a Jessica from DragonQuest 8. I'm really excited about this...I can't even begin to explain. I've never had anyone make me acostume before...and we all went out and bought all the materials and whatnot. We scored that day...big time. ^_^
THe other costume I have lined up is Reno again. My little brother Osiris N, and I are going to be Turks together. It was his idea...he'll be Rude. ^_^ We might wrap Chris up in sheets and wheel him around...he can be our RUfus. *LOL*

Hey everyone! This s the first post on this blog. Might not be too much posting on here. I'm more inclined to post on livejournal. They all know me there. ^_^
So the pictures I have so far are the latest costumes I've fooled around in. Most of my cosplay is listed on my acparadise and cosplay.com galleries.
The only oconvention I have lined up so far are Kumoricon 2007. Now that I have a wonderful fiance' interested in new and exciting things (like cosplay and conventions) I have a better chance at making my way to more events in 2008.
One convention I do try to make every year is Sakura Con. I like to take my cousin Margot. It's our bounding thing. We have a blast. We missed 2007 because she needed to focus on schoo work and I had a bad case of "tech rehersal".
That's another thing. I LOVE theater. I have a BA in Theater from Wester Washington University. Don't be too impressed (or too not-impressed)...I wasn't in many shows...I had to work through college and wasn't able to participate at all. But ever since I graduated, I've found the wonderful world of local theater. Now I have to focus on local theater elsewhere since Chris and I are moving to another county...but that's alright. I'm excited.
So now that I've had a not-so-brief intro to suffs centered around ME...I'm ready to meet new folks, re-connect with oild folks, and stay good with the current folks.
Hello everyone!
