Yeah they did! it was pretty cool, they had different colours too. they also were selling rolls of vinyl! its kind of cool cause i could if i wanted to cut out the stuff in the car and redo the colours. they also had bright pink shag! it was funny!
i know what you mean about competitive cosplayers. I met some myself thankfully they're not my friends ^^; just ignore them you'll meet plently more humble ones ^__^
i'm catholic but for some reason i don't fast I can't lol :P I have a major hunger problem. I did stop drinking soda for some time becasue my bf is such a health freak and I did notice results. I should eat less meat more vegies and fruit I'll try that stuff.
I think cosplaying is a great way to express art on yourself. If someone has a really killer costume and they look good, don't be angry or hate them. Just tell them they look good. I mean... who know's later on you might need help and they could help you. Although I do get from time to time the cosplayers that KNOW they look good and don't want to talk to you XD
Yea, I just suffer anxiety... that's all... I can't stand crowds, and loud places though... like you said, it's best to get somewhere quiet (which is a bit impossible with my family, usually, lol ^^;); and/or be close to somebody who you trust. I bet if you told your friends, they'd be understanding; but it's completely up to what you're comfortable with.
Yes, my brothers are my anchors... and so is my Mom, and Uncle - whenever I'm with them at the store, or on a crowded bus; they kinda of always make sure to walk with me, since they know I can't really handle crowds all that much. I once went to a live play with my Mom, and I don't think I went five minutes without clinging to my Mom's sweater (when we were walking around the theatre)... eh heh. ;P

Yeah, getting a good camera is of course, always a good idea. Is your original character for an original series, or something of a fanfic/roleplay character, out of curiousity?
Some recordings, but unfortunately, never got around to putting them online - you see, never finished them - but if my Mom is right, maybe the hard drive of the family computer that was back in the house (living in a hotel right now, need to find new place, argh...) will be able to be saved; then perhaps I'll be able to show you some of them... otherwise, have to wait until new recordings. ^^;
