So, we decided to go to MangaNext. We only went saturday, and let me tell u... we had a blast!!   Sakura dressed as Chibiusa and i dressed as Usagi... best thing ever, we had a fun time with our skit for the cabaret, doing it completely adlib, and we both won judges awards for our costumes!!

It's Usa-ko again!!!

I'm revamping the page... obviously.

 

though I'm still in the middle of it, i need to go to school.  But watghing the History Channel is so much more interesting.... the plague.

 

Okies Dokies...

So, after deciding not to go to the Sakura Matsuri in NYC.... we go.  (ain't that the truth)

We did not know what to do... so we threw on our costumes (after running between apartments), we grabbed everything.  I grabbed Stellar (which I need not sew, I purchased) and she grabbed her Lunamaria (which she did make). 

we get there... and just go about our business.  Hanging about, chillin', and the more we go about this, we get candids and such taken. 

We were very excited to have Anna and Leonard take pictures of us.  The pictures here are Leonard's, which I did photo retouch.

Thank you, Leonard, we really appreciate it.  You're such an amazing photographer.

Poor Usa_ko is sick!

She finally came back home from the holiday and has been sick since. Poor thing has been communting from NJ to Manhattan to go to school sick as a dog. :(

Give loves to the sicky bunny.

Anyhoo, we are plannings some panic for ANext, which is always fun. But in the midst of that madness, we're both stuck with moving madness.

I finally got my own place and in the total process of getting my stuff out of my folks and into that apartment. Plus work is evil, but on the upside I'm off from school this semester.

I just wanted to add silliness to this blog once again.

Oh and the bunnies have a partner in crime...the faublous ninja named Kenobi.

He totally adds craziness to any of our pairings.

Yup the Bunnies are in the midst of craziness.

Bunny Usa_ko is getting all her stuff ready to move. So she has been going nuts with all that stuff plus the added annoyance of school.

I've (SakuraLYuy) have been busy with the apartment thing myself. So between work, school, that, and everything else its just a crazy time right now.

The holidays are rolling around and we are so both strapped for cash. At this point I'm pretty sure the Bunnies will only be able to make an appearance at NYComic Con in April...hopefully with some nifty Marvel based costumes. And then in June for ANext, with more partner fun. As for NYAnimeFest I'm still hoping I can make an appearance, but as usual no promises.

Yeah, my bun-bun is missing in action. The lovely Usa-ko is now knee or waist deep in final madness. So with that she is now missing, so I have no one to plot with, laught with, or tease.

Sniff my bun-bun is going back home for a mini-vacation. Sniff.

Who the hell am I'm kidding. I start my class tomorrow, and I have the rest of the week to annoy my kiddies. I'm just as busy, but not so busy that I won't try to make something smashing just for fun. :P So I'm busy, but that doesn't make the missing any easier.

Just here to update from the craziness of life and all. Yes Usa-ko beat me to the blogging cherry, but its cool. She needs burst come cherries here and there.

We have a poopload of kewl stuff planned, but we are both blogged down with our school/work stuff too. Kills real life.

I have the ARM OF DOOM! That will kill me and other insane props. Hopefully I can get her to sew some things...please bun-bun with chocolate on top.

We're planning stuffs... kewl stuffs.  muhahahahhaha!

 

But yes.  i have the red fabric i need already, so I have to go look for a good white fabric.  The costume shouldn't take too long.  I think Jas is gonna have her work cut out for her though.  THE ARM OF DOOM!
