AIR CONDITIONING! Or rather, lack of it. In a case of being in bizarro world, the hallways were like a sauna, wheras the gameroom and anime viewing rooms were almost iceboxes. I think the heat put a real damper on a lot of folks -- some people even had costumes come apart due to it. Thank god for all the complimentary icewater.
It was fun, but a little small/young for me. Of everything this year, I'm really looking forward to D*C.

Megacon 2008 was great -- it was my first con and cosplay, but I think I've sufficiently gotten ovger my childhood shyness to have a fun time. Huge props to all the other Orange Box cosplayers -- damn, I didn't expect to see so many!
My Medic is still being revised (anyone who's seen my coscom gallery knows I constantly upgrade things), but I'll also be adding new cosplays for the rest of the con season. So, stay tuned for Discworld's Reg Shoe, an OC Steampunk design, and, yes, a Gijinka pokemon.
