AWA is only a week away now! I'm actually feeling pretty good about my costume progress. I'm making 4 costumes, but the I don't really feel like I'm being in making them.
Although I am a little nervous because denverfabrics.com fudgeed up our order. I'm going to be in an Ouran group, which included 3 people that son't live in the state. So we decided we'd get our fabric online, so those that don't live nearby could have access to the same fabric. However, the website screwed us over, and told us because THEY were having a sale (even though we put in our orders BEFORE the sale even started) that they could ship our stuff for 7-10 business days, and if we wanted it shipped before then it would cost $50 for shipping.
So, the only real solution for this is for us to make all the vests by ourselves, so it'll all be matching. At least we have 4 members of the the group here locally, so we're all just going to get together and form a sweat shop to make all SEVEN vests. D: Well, you've gotta do what you've gotta do to make a group work sometimes. At least we'll all look super pimp when it's all over and done with. :D
