Well my super crazy costume I planned about half a year ago was finished for this con. It turned out that wearing it wasn't as uncomfortable as I thought it was going to be. Which is AWESOME because I expected to die in the heat. (THANK YOU LACC AND YOUR AC!)It was my first time in the Masquerade and the staff was SO nice and helpful, although I wish I had a better walk-on idea. After I saw my walk-on online I was like... "WTF WAS I THINKING!" < Despite all that, I won runner up for intermediate craftsmanship! I entered in novice, so I guess they bumped me up! w00! >

This year was quite fun! Turns out it's going to be at the LACC again next year... I'll definetly be going again!

But zomg... Post-AX, I need to think of something else to make. I feel so bored without having a costume to work on. . A few of my friends suggested us doing an Avatar group for Halloween, and a Ragnarok Online group for PMX08. I just need to get my ass off and actually start something again. The year isn't over yet! BWAHAHA!

Random non-cosplay related: I'm listening to my old j-rock songs again. Reminds me how much I miss Psycho le Cemu and Malice Mizer. Damn you guys for breaking up. ;___;

Ever since Konata was finished, I couldn't decide what costume to make for the new year... But recently I just finished an anime that I've grown pretty fond of and I think I'm going to cosplay as the main character from this anime!

I've been wanting to make a costume with alot of cool props and is easy to make but detailed. XD I FOUND IT! I'm going to start on it as soon as finals are over. 

And for people who wanna know what it is... It's a secrettt~~~~! ^______~

Mmm~ been a while since I updated. I bought some nice gold cord trim
to fix up my Ion Costume~ it's looking quite better but ow... it really
hurts to handsew it on. T______T

 Does anyone know where to get 18mm Blue Cabochons or Rhinestones for cheap? XD;

Don't you hate it when things just don't seem to go your way? This
morning, I was looking for a light greenish blue fabric for my Mikuru
skirt, and I went to 3 different fabric stores and none of them had the
color I wanted. Maybe I'm just picky. XD; I got some nice ribbon
though. XD~~

Later on, when I got home I went ahead and tried to finish my
friend's Kenpachi costume... got everything cut out and ready, plugged
in the overlock machine... got the fabric ready and stepped on the
petal.

 Nothing happened.

I tried toying with
it and the wires but it still wouldn't go so... WILLIAM, I GUESS YOUR
POOR KENPACHI COSTUME WON'T BE OVERLOCKED! Just don't mess with the
edges and don't put it in the wash you'll be okay! 

 ...I wouldn't do that. XD;

Well~ I've been at this place for about a day now. I've spent the
better half of my night making my page look all pretty. XD I love
green! ♥ But yea~ I'm loving this place so far! So many friendly
people, and a great way to meet other cosplayers. ^_^

 I'm
really excited about AX coming up at the end of the month~ Anyone else
excited? XD I still need to finish 3 costumes for friends and such, but
school and work. *cries* I have the feeling that I'm going to be
pulling all nighters out in the con again like last year before PMX. I
wanna know if my group got chosen for the Hare Hare Yukai Contest at AX
already. ZOMG! They need to announce it like now. ;_;
