So, Anime central is right around the corner now. Just a few days away in fact. I will be leaving on thursday myself. My travel group wants to leave bright and early so we will avoid most of the general rush hour traffic and get in around lunch time. To say the least I'm wicked excited about ACen. My Gamma Akutabi costume is almost done and ready to wear. Granted, I know not many people will recognize or even give two shits about the costume, but I hardly care. Being a favorite character of mine that is hardly cosplayed, well it just had to be done! OH, I will also be wearing my Nel Tu costume from Bleach. Again nothing special but I plan to wear it to at least one of the Bleach Photoshoots! Also, I will be in the Artist Alley. Ohayocon 2008, for me was a wonderful convention, despite being constantly drenched in a mound of sweat due to my little fuzzy hollow costume. For those of you who were there, or have may seen pictures, my current boyfriend and I dressed as two hollows from Bleach. He being the tall attention grabbing one ons tilts, and me being the little one that trailed behind with the tail and, two toed feet and big hands. We were both happily surprised with the reaction our costumes received. I can honestly say it was the first time were I could hardly walk twenty feet with out being stopped and asked for pictures, it was incredible. The costume, as some of you know was made in under a week, in a huge cosplay crunch similar to what I had to do for my Galian Beast costume last years Ohayocon! The con is well placed for the event itself, but coslay wise, it does not leave much time because of college courses. Something I will have to get used to these coming years. Ohayocon was also wonderful because I won my first considerable, placing award! My Hollow won best Original Concept. Though it is not like regular competition were accuracy to design is needed, because there is still considerable crafting required I feel like I can have some pride in winning something at a convention approaching a considerably larger size! Now on a slightly more personal note, I know a few friends, close and just beyond aquaintences felt like I was possibly ignoring them at this con. And in all honesty, I can't explain why I had such a strange focus. Though I do consider myself far more of a social butterfly at conventions now, trying to bounce between people i know to continue to have a good time. I had admitidly had a hard time juggling those I see rarely and those I see often. And what even has me clueless was why I did not notice many people who were trying to get my attention at some points in time. I try not to take the fact I was sick for most the con as an excuse but thats the only reason why I think I was discombobulated with people. I had a small but irritating fever friday, (thus why I was in costume for under two hours fully). And Saturday I had a delightful running nose and all though I was feeling better, I was not full together mentally. (clearly). So for those of you who this applies to, I'm terribly sorry and I hope I can make it up in some way or form, I feel like a bitch and I really don't feel like an excuse will make up for it right now. Again very sorry :(
Well here it comes. After tomorrow it is the first convention of the year in columbus ohio, Ohayocon! I'll be wearing my newly made Hollow costume and also Legato for a short period of time! Unlike most conventions I will not have an artist alley table, so that means I will be able to hang out with a ton of people i have known for some time. I will also be entering the cosplay competition for my hollow costume, so please, wish me luck! I hope to see you all there! And so you can recognize me in my hollow costume, I will put up a drawing of my hollow concept tonight or tomorrow!
well it sure has been some time since I have put an update on cosspace! There is a good reason though, and that be college. You must love college, taking your life away for four years. Though the fall quarter is now over for me, and what's next, why no other than Ohayocon! I will be cosplaying a Hollow at Ohayocon. Its of my own design so it will not be anything particularly special, but it will be something new from me. Man I hate not being able to make more costumes, there has been a bug in me to cosplay lately, but until now I have not been able tow ork on anything...gah. Well, either way keep an eye out for new pics in the near future!
Alright, Yeah so, for the most part, Lilith is ready to go for Otakon! A few minor touch ups to be made, but, its good to go either way haha. I can't wait, I'm pretty proud of this costume, and I can hardly wait to wear it for the convention. :)

I finally got a little more progress done on Lilith, that made me happy to say the least. It wasn't much, but that leaves less and less for its work load XD. Mroaw.
Some other plans thought hat need coming along is finallizing what costumes I am bringing, and what times to wear them, though its not a huge distance form the con center, I really need to plan this out So I am not running back and forth diving into my costumes XD
Then I also need to get the date finalized with a special someone. Then before that I need to figure out were my dad and I will be staying wednesday night, because we intend on taking a one day stop to Gettysburg.
At least its only an hour and a half away from Baltimore!
So many plans...but in the end I think it should be a lot of fun :)
Well I'm sick with a really nasty chest infection. Ick. I hate coughing and all that a real annoyance, Though in my spare time from coming home from work early, and being in that dazy hyper activity brought on by my meds, I have drawn a bit more. Working ond evelouping my comic and all that. I finally got a final design down for my the main bad guy (who is the god of life in this!)
Now all I need to do is get Detahs design complete and yaaar, Done with the main characters!
I sadly have not made any more progress on lilith, my job is really taking it out of me, and I hate it, luckily though, instead of six days awake, my amanager was kind enough to take it back to five days the next few weeks. So progress should be made then.
Alright, I know this probably going to get a slow start but I feel like I should throw this out.
I know there are Trigun cosplayers here, its just a matter of finding their needle noggins XD So there you go if you love to cosplay Trigun, or have just done one, please feel free to join the group titled Trigunners! :D

So otakon is on its way again, my favorite con out of all of them to attend. I have some ways to go for my current inprogress Lilith costume. I will psot up some pcitures for lal of you in a few minuets.
Never the less, I have so much to doo, i got a date on thursday before the conventiona ctually gets underway..uhm....and so much stuff XDD
