Well, I'm at my new home. After I paint my room and unpack, it'll be time to find a job and check out CU's class schedule. And somehow I'll find time to costume. The mountains are beautiful, and i've enjoyed snowshoeing, skiing and attempting snowboarding (i'll need a lesson me thinks)... :)
I have the song, "Dominic: The Italian Christmas Donkey," stuck in my head, only pretty much the chorus, so all I keep hearing is, "Jiggity-jig, it's Dominic the Donkey, jiggity-jig, the Italian Christmas donkey..." *siiigh* So today the computer is packed, and I will have no real internet access for about 3 weeks, I've done it before, easily, only usually there's more going on... The boredom may just get to me, ah well I have my sketchbooks, and the libraries are filled with books and never far off... Until sometime after January 6th, and in Colorado; peace out you Princes of cosplay, you dreamers of silk and weavers of threads. Make certain the temptation of cheap costume wigs does not lead you astray, and use glue guns and the like carefuly! 
It cannot possible bode well for myself and anyone who reads this, that my first meanderings in blogging here will deal with me whinning. I am sorry. Now's your chance! RUN! Those of you who have stayed, please keep in mind; I work retail, and the holidays are fast approaching. I'm tired and I have a headache like a pack of frolicking rhodesian ridgeback puppies is chewing on my brain. I am moving, somewhere around January 6th, to Colorado. Yes, I'm thrilled excited and all else. But you see, I just had to sort and pack my costume materials and I'm not allowed to buy new ones, nor am I allowed to work on previous. While much of this is self-imposed, some will be forced once December 17 rolls around. I know, less than a month, 'deal with it!' But costuming is a stress reliever! and I can't work on it! in the words of the immortal Charlie Brown, "Argh!" Besides, I will be far away from my partner in costume crime for the first time in years, it's upsetting. I'll miss her. Alot, it's gonna suck, but hopefully we'll still be able to visit eachother often.
