As ever I did get totally late for starting my cosplays x.x

I've got 4 plans for July, and one is a Original Caracter, so I'm givi ng priority for the other 3 ones.

I'm very very sad to know that some people have no respect for others.

Last year, at the brazilian final of the WCS, two friends of mine had many difficults, microphones didn't work, the sound gave trouble, but they went to the stage and they really DID the show as Emeraldas and Captain Harlock, unfortunatelly they didn't went to Japan, because of so many trouble, but fortunately, other frriends went representing Brazil.

Now, eight months later, in Mexico's WCS selection, we found out a team copyed their performance.

I think that if you're copying something equal from the anime, its going to be common to have more people doing the same. But my friends love so much the anime, they actually MADE their performance from zero. Something new, based on Captain Harlock but much more than get a singe part of the anime and do the same.

And it's it that I think it's wrong. The Mexican Team copyed the performance, except for one or two little things, and the scenery. Actually they copyed everything, and added a giagn hq in the background. And the worse: they NEVER asked my friends permition for reproducing their performance or same scenery, they haven't even let credit for them anywhere, and thetop of the iceberg: THEY KEEP ON SAYING THEY CREATED EVERYTHING.

And everybody knows that's not true. A friend of mine, who is friend of the mexican team said that a few months ago he sent videos from brazilian performances in the last years WCS, and the girl liked. So it isn't just a coincidence, like I know people should sa. They copyed and that's a fact.

My friends are really sad with this situation, because this team is recieving credit for their work.

They're so dear that I think that if the mexican team had talked to them them wuld even become friends, and them could help... but they didn't and that's not right.

Unfortunately the WCS doesn't have a rule about copycats. But I'm glad this mexican team didn't get classified.

I'm really sorry to bother you all with this, but I feel like someone needs to tell it to the world. Maybe someday it will get to the Mexican Team -I don't know the cosplayers- and they would feel ashamed for what they did with others hard work, and at least, ask for an excuse.

All my friends are asking for, is credit.

We live on a Creative Commons License world. Giving credit is not going to kill you, will only proove that you're liying saying that you did something, other people did.

As we say in Brazil: "Lies have very short legs." So one day when someone catch a lier, and the truth comes out, the only one who gets bad is the lier.

Since I saw the movie Enchanted I got so in love with Gisele that I said: "I need to cosplay her".

But after that I went traveling for about 40 days and I couldn't start making it.

As soon as I arrived back in Rio de Janeiro I went to buy all the tissues and finding someone to make it.

In three days, I got the most beautiful costume I've ever had.

But I was a little bit sad because a friend of mine did the same costume as me, and I didn't knew... people who know me, knows I don't like very much doing costumes my friends did. I don't like when people starting to compare us. Someone ALWAYS get sad with what other people says.

I love my costumes but  this one seens very special for me.

I've debuted it yesterday in the Anime Center Verão 2008, and I was so happy I could use it, and dance, and be the happiest person on earth for a day.

And today, I recieved at the end of the con, the prizes for best interpretation and best caracterization and scenary that meaned a lot for me, since I did a pop-up card with castle princess prince... everything for it.

I'm so happy I could sing and dance all night long now.

I debuted my yoruichi costume today!

 

Okay, winning at an event where there are 3 more people doing cosplay isn't too much... but... they still think I was better than them bwahahahahaha xD

I loved using this costume BUUUUT my make up MELTED DOWN because the place could be compared to a sauna...

 So I don't have many photos yet! Yey!!

 Tomorrow I'm going to take Kadaj for a ride... he must be tired of the wardrobe!

Yey! this site changed a little since my last visit!

Yey! I was wondering when I would finally get good photos of some of my costumes.

Sunday I'll be going to an very beautiful park for taking cosplay photos!! 

I can't take all of them, or the new ones either, but I'm planning on taking Kadaj, the two rukia costumes I have, and Thinkerbell! Well... I'm going to be a dark haired wingless Thinkerbell, but as I say, photoshop rulez XD

And I'm looking for a cute clothe for taking some site layout photos, I can't have only a cosplay site as I'm graduating as a designer! 

I'm to do photoshoots of Prince Lui, Dizzy, and the two Yoruichi clothes (the new costumes I said), aaaaaaaaaand Lydia, better version yey!

Pluuuuus Saturday were going to have a mini doll party... I love having opportuinities to take photos of my dolls with no reason while I'm talking and having fun!
