To be perfectly blunt, WCS is not a costume competition, it's a for-profit beauty pageant with a gimmick.

So, while I don't think males are expressly forbidden from participating, it's unlikely you'll see many because it's scantily-clad girls who bring in advertising money.

Ahhh....I see.  So if I and another dude won the finalist competition to rep. the US, then we'd be invited to go?

I believe it's because the way the countrys choose their participants... the brasilian couple were a man and a woman
