specific as you can. such as colors , ribbon, rexlace, pearls, chain,
etc. Your hat will be ONE OF A KIND.
Depending on how much detail and work i have to put into making your
hat will determine the final price...so please email me for a quote. I
wont charge anything over $20 unless its really crazy XD.
the starting price is $15.00 for commission top hats.
