I used to love Sailor Moon when I was little. My friends at school were going to do Sailor Scouts so I decided to join them. One of them was all ready doing Mars so I decided to do Neptune since her English dub name was the same as my name.
My Favorite Aspect:
I like the wig and tiara the best. I also like the bows. They are pretty.
Least Favorite Part:
I hate getting into this costume. It is so complicated. So many snaps and zippers.
Easiest Part:
The Tiara was easy to make.
Hardest Part:
The hardest part was the skirt. The pleats were a nightmare for my mom.
