There are two stockinets on the back of the scene (It is written “L” on the left one, and “Kira” on the right one).
There is no light on the scene. Misa and three people behind her, all dressed in capes (you can’t see their faces) slowly come to the center of the scene. Everyone has a light in his hand. When they stop, Misa takes off her hood.
Misa: Kira died but he wasn’t forgotten *pause* neither is my love, Jagami Raito!
Misa sits on her knee and lay down a candle, than she stands up and goes away. Another three people do the same.
The light circle shows to the public Jagami Raito, who sits on his knees near left corner of the scene (или on the left side of the scene).
Raito: Where am I?!
He stands up, and notices Ruuk laughing (Господи, как же это пишется) on the other side of the scene. (Another circle og the light shows the Sinigami)
Raito: Ruuk! Where am I? What am I doing here?
Ruuk: You have died and appeared in Nothing. And I am you temporary companion.
Raito: And What does it mean for me?
Ruuk: You will stay here one by one with your conscience and I will show you all your life in order you see everything want can’t or don’t want to see.
Raito (contemptously): Are you really thinking it will wonder me?
Misa and Rem come to the scene.
Misa: Rem, I am so happy! I will help Raito, and we will be together forever!
Rem: For him you are just a figure in the game. Your life became 4 times shorter rhan it was, and he still haven’t noticed it.
Misa: It is nothing for me! I will do everything he wants!
Misa and Rem freeze like a freeze frame in a movie

While speaking Ruuk is walking around Misa and touching her hair

L freeze with a spoon in his mouth.

Ruuk: May be. In that case he hadn’t any friend while his life…
Misa and Rem freeze out
L: Amane Misa, I am still suspecting you!
Misa: Rudzaki!
L: I will prove my case in the near future. It is already 60% that you are the Second Kira
Misa and L freeze
Rem: I can’t give him any chance. L must die.
Rem comes to the L’s stockinet and pulls it off. L freezes out and died because of heart attack. Plate with a pie falls down.
L: I was right… at all…
L dies
Rem: Good bye, Misa…
Rem sits down on his knee
Misa freezes out and looks around herself
Misa: Rem!
Misa makes a step to Rem and runs away
Light swiches off. Only Ruuk and Raito are in light circles
Ruuk: L was cleverer than you and lose only because Rem died for saving human whom she loved.
Raito: Liar! It was my plan! And I won L!
Ruuk: May be… *laugh* Did you really think that nobody more would try to you? You was very stupid, Jagami Raito! You couldn’t fight with the all humans on the Earth!
Raito: But I could present them the better world!
Ruuk: But you give only fear and death.
Raito: Liar!
Ruuk: I see you don’t belive me. In that case see how died people, who fought with you
The light swiches on. There are Near on the scene sitting and playing with toys and Mello coming to him
Mello: I will stop Kira and prove that I am the first!
Near: It isn’t a competition, Mello. We can win only if we work together
Mello: No! I have my own way. I playes the other game, Near. I can’t just sitting and doing nothing!
Near freeze. Mello comes to Mett who is sitting on the other side of the scene
Mello: We must do everything we can! There is no more time for thinking!
Mett: You are always risking your life
Mello: But I haven’t another way!
Mett: Is it so serious?
Mello: More serious than you imagine!
Mett: Are you sure?
Mello: yes, I am
Mett: OK, I will help you in this case
Mello: I needn’t your help!
Mett: I have already decided that I will
Mello stops arguing, realized that he can’t stop his friend
Mett: Let’s go, y friend. *smiling*
Mett and Mello comes to the center of the scene and suddenly stand back-to-back with guns in their hands. After a moment some people run into the scene and aim at them
Mello (shout) : It is a trap!
There sounds siren and shoting. Mett falls down. Mello takes him on hands and than puts on the floor.
Mello springs on his feet and start shoting and falls down killed. Red light swiches on. People shoting in Mello and Mett go away.
All light swich off. Only Raito and Ruuk are showed by two light circles
Ruuk: They all died only for stoping you.
Raito: They had chosen their fair theirselves, by fighting against Kira.
Ruuk: May be, may be… Kira *laugh*
Light on the scene swiches on. Near “revives” and walks on the scene. In that time three people come from different sides of the scene and fall down one by one
Near just doesn’t see them
Near: L, you did a lot for us. Mello realized that we all have to fight together. We, together had found out, who was Kira! Jagami Raito! You are just a murder, weapon of the Sinigami, not more…
Near pulls off Kira’s stockinet.
Light swiches off. Only Raito and Ruuk stand in light
Ruuk: You lose because there appeared a man who was much smarter than you.
Raito: No! Everything must have happened another way! I had a perfect plan, and couldn’t lose! I wanted to make New World! I killed people only for helping you! But all you didn’t understand my wish! Have you really never wante to see this world without evil? See the world where the most important are kindness and justice! Only I could become a weapon of Justice! I wanted to make this world better! And you just broke it off!
Ruuk: Justice? *laugh* You are just a murder, who tries to run away from his own conscience! And Death Note couldn’t help you.
Raito: there is no blood on my hands!
After a moment Raito looks at his hands. There are blood flowing down. Its drops fall down on the floor
Raito: *laughing hysterically* No! It is not true!
Ruuk: Hm… Whoes blood is it? Have you ever looked at the eyes of people who you killed, Jagami Raito?
Raito (hysterically) : Stop it! I am not just the murder! I wanted to bring justice to people!
Ruuk: You killed thouthends of people without asking their. Have you ever thought that they also wanted to live?
Raito: They all were murders!
Ruuk: You are not the God, Jagami Raito. And you haven’t any rights to decide, who must die, and who can live. You just haven’t understand anything. Shall I show it to you one more time?
Just mysterious voices: See … it… forever…
Raito: No… no… no… NO!!!
All light swiches off. After some seconds a light circle shows Ruuk.
Ruuk: *laugh* You, people, are very funny! *thinking* I will play one more time! *laugh*
Ruuk throws death note on the scene
Light swiches on. Everybody stand up and make a bow.
